What I Do

All About Me

I was born in Western New York. (GO BILLS!!!) I spent much time in Connecticut as well. I am fairly new to Boise, Idaho. Generally you will find me in the mountains taking in hot springs and hiking in magnificent scenery (spiritual experiences for sure) or a local craft brewery with my people. I have over 10 years experience in driving close the skills gap through Workforce Development initiatives, Talent Sourcing, and Registered Apprenticeship. I am an adept facilitator, collaborator and speaker. I have spent much time in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors across all varieties of industry.
